Timing: Why now? What recent trends make this possible or a good idea?
Market Size: Who is your customer? What are the TAM, SAM and SOM?
Competition: Who are your competitors, both traditional and non-traditional? What are your competitive advantages?
Product Description: Describe the entire product line. Provide details on form, function, features, architecture, and describe the unique intellectual property.
What is the development roadmap?
Business Model: Describe your revenue models, pricing, sales and distribution model, pipeline
Management Team: Who are your management team, board of directors/advisors, and subject matter experts?
Financial Projections: P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash flow, Cap Table
